How long until I receive my order?
Please allow 7-12 business days (longer if holidays are included) to receive any item(s) within the US, or 15-20 business days outside of the US. Items are shipped with tracking information via Priority Mail USPS for domestic orders or FedEx/DHL for international orders. No refunds will be granted during these wait times.
What is the return and refund policy?
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in order to get a refund. Once we receive the item, allow up to 5 business days for refund to be issued.
